That is why we started the project with an in-depth analysis of the customers, sales process, and industry characteristics. Based on that, we performed customer segmentation, created personas, and planned their purchase paths from awareness to loyalty.
The project included a renovation of the corporate visual identity and the creation of all graphic materials, including website development.
