Vzajemna was green, the Guardian of Health is blue. Accordingly, the branches were renovated, as was the marking of partners in the network, and we also decisively changed the style of communication... But this is only the tip of the iceberg, a reflection of the tectonic shifts happening below the surface.
In 2020, Vzajemna launched a renewed health policy called "Zdravstvena polica", which set new standards for comprehensive health insurance. For one year, it enabled everyone to use the "Dr. Posvet" service free of charge. A consultation service that predicts the development of healthcare services in the direction of telemedicine. Both of these have been communicated in a completely new style using 3D animated characters. And, more importantly, they began signing their products and activities as the Guardian of Health. All in accordance with the strategy that we set together and started implementing years ago.
Our complete website redesign has revolutionised the way we approach customers. With the Guardian of Health, we became more than just a new marketing channel – we became actually useful to our target group. The renovation of the site made it possible to move from a simple explanation of complex insurance products to a website adapted to users’ needs and circumstances. We have also made it easier for users to browse the website by introducing a programmed chatbot, which guides them through the basics of insurance and through a lot of other useful content.
With our help, Vzajemna became the only Slovenian insurance company that comprehensively covers all three pillars of healthcare: prevention, curative, and insurance. They have actually become a Guardian of Health, embedded in the lives of their users, as they want to move people's habits in the direction of better outcomes for their health. With this, they want to co-create a society that bases its development on the health and well-being of all of its people. And it is this strength, stemming from healthy foundations, that is needed for the further growth and development of a modern insurance company that has placed the user at the centre of its being.
